To assist our agents, please ensure you have the following information ready, so we can complete your request with the least delay possible:
BMO Rewards Collector number
Original travel booking date
your name as it appears on your card
your mailing address (including postal code)
your home phone number
your travel reservation number
your change/cancellation notice (if you’ve received one from the travel provider)
All travel cancellations caused by COVID-19 are subject to the travel provider’s refund policy. If you purchased or redeemed a non-refundable ticket, no refund will be issued by the travel provider and therefore we will be unable to refund any points that were redeemed towards that purchase. The travel provider of your booking may provide a travel credit to be used in the future. The expiry of the travel credit, if available, will vary from travel provider to travel provider.
If you wish to change or cancel your trip, or if you have received notice from the travel provider that your trip has been cancelled already, please call the number on your cancellation notice or BMO Rewards at 1-866-991-2835 to ensure that the reservation is properly cancelled.
If you have received a schedule change notice from the travel provider, please note that this could mean that your flight is still operating but at a different time. If you wish to modify your booking based on the travel provider changes, please call the number on your cancellation notice or BMO Rewards at 1-866-991-2835. Changes to the travel providers rescheduled flight may result in applicable change fees. We will work with you to make the necessary changes and reissue your ticket(s) if required.
